Position Overview:

We are seeking an Administrative Support Staff Officer to engage with a Department of Defense client. This position is essential for providing leadership and direction through the effective management of various administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative functions, including calendar coordination, building access facilitation, clearance verification, virtual meeting setup, note-taking, and file preparation.
  • Review, refine, and create briefing documents for meetings while monitoring program financials.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing Taskers, assisting with any additional administrative duties for the Program Team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • Active/Current TS/SCI clearance.
  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with the DoD Acquisition system and financial planning.
  • Familiarity with CATMS (preferred).
  • Knowledge of DoD financial reporting requirements (preferred).
