Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a key member of our bakery team, you'll be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing food production for our menu items and specials. You'll work closely with our team to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare produce as instructed and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Adhere to our cleaning schedule and maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Rotate stock and manage inventory effectively
  • Understand our restaurant's functional administration, including dockets, stations, and table numbers
  • Knowledge of our full menus and their execution
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals
  • Comply with legal requirements and food safety regulations
  • Adhere to our policies, procedures, and standards
  • Escalate maintenance issues to the relevant parties
  • Knowledge of our full menu and ability to describe all dishes
  • Prepare food to specification and maintain accurate records
  • Set up work areas for other team members and complete tasks efficiently
  • Food labels and temperature records must be completed accurately
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as a cook in a hotel or restaurant
  • Ability to stand or walk for a minimum of 8 hours
  • Requires mobility and prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Food Handler Certification required
