Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, mentoring floor nurses, and ensuring the highest quality of care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your skills and experience will enable you to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives and contribute to the success of our healthcare team.

  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
  • Mentor and train floor nurses on HNF documentation and other essential skills.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Mexico.
  • CPR certification.
  • One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting.
