Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service representative to join our team at Alliant Health Plans. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, brokers, and providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on our health plans and services
  • Process customer requests and resolve issues in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Work closely with other departments to gather information and resolve complex issues
  • Provide feedback to customers and the company on service failures and systemic issues
  • Assist in the completion of special projects and contribute to the development of department policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of healthcare billing and claims preferred
  • Insurance experience preferred
