Job Summary

As a Product Manager in the Internal Audit - Product Manager – Embedded Data Analytics team at Goldman Sachs, you will play a critical role in driving the strategic vision for Data Engineers/Scientists and Data Reporting team to leverage its programming and analytical capabilities to build innovative data-driven solutions and manage the data ecosystem within the division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project sponsors and auditors to establish a product strategy and roadmap.
  • Manage and execute the Agile framework, enabling agile delivery by conducting agile ceremonies and leading product development processes (writing user stories, testing).
  • Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards in reference to approved projects.
  • Manage product launches and deployment plans for new products.
  • Track and conduct regular internal and leadership cadence to update on program status.
  • Establish and implement training processes and strategies.
  • Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
  • Establish and implement training processes and strategies for new product features.
  • Maintain connectivity with the user community by monitoring usage of the product post-launch and validating product performance.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of relevant program or project management experience.
  • Logical and strategy-oriented mindset.
  • Strong in executing governance.
  • Stakeholder management. Ability to communicate and influence at a senior level.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Additionally, more than 2 years of relevant product management experience in an agile environment. Preferred Certification as a Scrum Master or Product Owner UAT and writing user stories is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in stakeholder artifacts.
  • Strong desire to learn and contribute solutions and ideas to a broad team.
  • Independent and comfortable in a fast-paced and often multi-directional work environment.
  • Experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Python and Tableau (a plus).

What We Offer

The expected base salary for this position is $85,000-$ In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
