Job Title: Quality Control Inspector 1

Daifuku Cleanroom America Corporation is seeking a Quality Control Inspector 1 to maintain the highest quality of products being installed and maintained at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for overall quality function for the site/project assigned.
  • Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and subcontractors for the documentation of new procedures.
  • Follow organizational policies and departmental procedures.
  • Evaluate and recommend changes in procedures in assigned area of responsibility.
Requirements:
  • Must follow safety guidelines established for work area and wear protective clothing when exposed to hazardous materials.
  • Must be OSHA 10 certified.
  • Must follow and understand posted work rules and procedures.
  • Requires good communication skills (both written and verbal) to interface effectively with customers.
Education and Certifications:
  • AS/BS degree or technical degree equivalent with 0-2 years' experience or equivalent work experience required.
  • Equipment training certifications for equipment on site.
Work Environment:
  • Inside work (Constantly)
  • Outside work (Infrequently)
  • Excessive noise (Occasionally)
  • Operating computer (Constantly)
  • Exposure to hazards (Occasionally)
  • Extreme temperatures (Infrequently)
  • Traveling (Constantly)
