Job Summary

Encon Heating & AC is seeking a skilled HVAC Commercial Install Crew Leader / Foreman to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with technicians, project managers, clients, and installers to meet project goals and objectives.
  • Understand and interpret blueprints and ductwork systems, ensuring accurate installation and execution.
  • Lead and supervise multiple crews to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential obstacles to project completion, working closely with superintendents, builders, and management.
  • Help schedule projects and allocate resources to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to the development of project plans and strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC Commercial Installation with a proven track record of success.
  • Current Connecticut trade license and certification.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
