HVAC Revit Designer

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Revit Designer to join our team at Encon Heating & AC. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality HVAC design, coordination, and production documents for architects, general contractors, and trades.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software and building information modeling (BIM) in a building/construction-related industry. You will work closely with project engineers and the design team to oversee the production of detailed HVAC design documents and coordinate the model and drawings.

• Design and develop HVAC systems using Revit and BIM 360
• Collaborate with project engineers and designers to ensure accurate and complete design documents
• Manage modeling efforts and deliverables to solve production and installation issues
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of design documents
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in HVAC design and BIM

• Proficient in Revit and BIM 360
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and building design principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in architecture, engineering, or related field preferred
