Site Lead TADSS I/O/M In-Country Poland Position

Job Summary:
Our company, Vertex Aerospace LLC, is seeking a highly skilled Site Lead TADSS I/O/M In-Country Poland to join our team. As a Site Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals, bringing leadership and management skills, along with training device technical expertise and mentorship skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving V2X refresher training and participating in the New Equipment Training (NET) for each type of M1A2 training device being fielded to the Polish Land Forces.
- Conducting periodic Instructor/Operator (I/O) and maintenance refresher training for members of the Polish Land Forces, as required.
- Providing initial and on-the-job (OJT) training for Polish national TADSS Maintainers at their location.
- Ensuring the operational verification of training device equipment.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 6 years of experience in instruction, education, or training/certification related to multinational military training and/or training devices system instruction, maintenance, or logistics support. A NATO SECRET Security Clearance is required.
