Senior Accounting Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Accounting Specialist to become an integral part of our client's innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for the meticulous preparation and analysis of financial documentation, all while benefiting from an exceptional work atmosphere, attractive salary, and extensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and evaluate accounting documents, financial statements, tax returns, and various financial reports
• Generate and analyze reports related to business operations and financial planning
• Conduct audits to verify adherence to established standards
• Establish new procedures to improve financial performance
• Deliver analytical insights and recommendations to the management team

Required Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of accounting experience in small to mid-sized organizations
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles
• Familiarity with modern accounting software and reporting tools
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience with QuickBooks and other financial management systems

Our compensation package is competitive, featuring a salary range of $55,000 to $65,000, along with comprehensive medical benefits, disability coverage, life insurance, a 401K plan, paid time off (including vacation and personal days), 9 holidays, and an annual bonus.
