Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team at PSI Personnel, LLC. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records, financial statements, and other financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports
  • Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
  • Perform audits to ensure adherence to standard requirements
  • Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
  • Report analysis and findings to the management team

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in accounting with small to mid-sized companies
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks and other financial systems

What We Offer:

  • Excellent compensation package including salary $55,000-$65,000, plus medical, disability, life insurance, 401K, PTO, 9 holidays, and annual bonus
