Job Summary:

The Environmental Services Coordinator will work under close supervision to perform various tasks that ensure our occupants enjoy a clean and safe environment. Key responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining floors, windows, doors, and walls in the office and lobby areas. Additionally, this role involves cleaning and maintaining restrooms, cabins, and lodges, as well as monitoring the interior and exterior of the building and grounds to prevent debris accumulation.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the cleanliness of office and lobby floors, windows, doors, and walls.
  • Clean and maintain restrooms, including floors, sinks, counters, commodes, and fixtures.
  • Clean and maintain cabins and lodges.
  • Monitor the interior and exterior of the building and grounds to ensure they are free of debris.
  • Clean and maintain common areas and cleaning supplies.
  • Clean glass surfaces periodically to prevent fingerprints and dirt buildup.
  • Empty garbage containers in common areas and restrooms to maintain a litter-free environment.
  • Report broken or dangerous items to facility staff for repair or replacement.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
  • May be assigned other duties as needed.
Working Conditions:

This role operates in normal working conditions without disagreeable elements.

Compensation:

The anticipated annual base compensation range for this position is $20,800-$31,200, inclusive of required overtime. The hourly rate is between $10.00 and $15.00 per hour.
