Vehicle Transfer Specialist

Job Overview:

Miedema Asset Management Group is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Cashier/Check-in/Title Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all Repocast customers, providing exceptional service while ensuring accurate and efficient processing of transactions.

About You:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multiple customers simultaneously
• Punctuality and reliability are essential in this fast-paced environment
• Math proficiency and basic computer skills are required
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Take accurate payments from customers using various devices and procedures
• Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile with paid invoices
• Complete and file necessary forms, such as tax exemption and IRS 8300
• Communicate effectively with warehouse workers and answer customer inquiries
• Organize cash drawer and maintain a clean and tidy workspace
• Direct customers to designated pickup areas and coordinate with employees for efficient delivery

Working Conditions:

This position requires working Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and varying schedules during the week, including Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Thursday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
