  • Collaboration: Collaborate with product and development teams to identify technical requirements and integration specifications.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure middleware systems meet quality assurance standards through rigorous testing and validation processes.
  • Automated Test Suites: Write and execute automated test suites for middleware solutions, ensuring data integrity and performance across integrated systems.
  • Design Reviews: Participate in design reviews and ensure middleware integration follows best practices.
  • Troubleshooting: Perform troubleshooting for integration issues, network connectivity, and communication failures between systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience validating middleware and integration solutions using SiPp, Tsung, and Bash scripts.
  • Automation Expertise: Experience automating server builds and middleware deployments using Ansible.
  • Integration Expertise: Proven experience in integrating voice systems (Cisco Broadsoft, Sonus SBC) with other platforms and applications.
  • Middleware Management: Hands-on experience managing private clouds and middleware environments (RHVM, HPE Synergy).
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of middleware technologies and integration testing practices.
  • Network Troubleshooting: Experience in network troubleshooting for routers, switches, and middleware communication.
