Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Rehabilitation Professional to join our team at WES Health System. In this role, you will provide Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services to individuals in a facility-based and community setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to enhance skills and competencies in living, learning, working, and socializing.
  • Provide groups and units to support individuals in developing daily living, socialization, educational, vocational, and leisure/recreation activities.
  • Maintain and monitor an assigned caseload of individuals, tracking progress and participating in the development of individualized rehabilitation plans.
  • Participate in crisis situations, providing direct support and immediate intervention as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or any area of Human Services.
  • Two years of work experience in mental health direct service, one of which must be in Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services (PRS).
  • Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) certification required, attainable within two years of hire if not currently possessed.

Estimated Salary Range:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience.
