Key Responsibilities
As a culinary specialist, you will be responsible for preparing appetizing, nutritious meals tailored to the dietary needs of our guests. Your duties will include:
- Adhering to standardized recipes.
- Preparing meals in accordance with menu cycles established by registered dietitians.
- Cooking and presenting meals that are both appealing and nutritionally balanced.
- Utilizing food supplies and equipment efficiently to minimize waste.
- Offering food alternatives to accommodate guest preferences.
- Overseeing kitchen staff in food storage, preparation, tray assembly, and sanitation practices.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- At least one year of experience as a cook or dietary aide in a food service environment (preferred).
