We are seeking a skilled Credentialing Process Specialist to join our team at Tele Specialists LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in developing, improving and monitoring the credentialing process for our providers. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations for the Internal credentialing team, monitoring credentialing statuses for all clinical providers, and tracking status of initial credentialing as well as reappointments to ensure timely processing.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
  • Monitor and track the credentialing process to ensure compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Provide regular reports to leadership on department performance and provider file status.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years of credentialing experience and/or healthcare leadership experience.
  • Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) and/or Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) certification preferred.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
