We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at WorkSource Oregon. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office supplies, and performing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression of our organization.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department, utilizing your strong communication skills to provide accurate information to callers.
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and photocopying, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring that our team has the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars, coordinating with team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Assist with office management tasks as needed, demonstrating your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements:
• Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in your work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise information to callers and visitors.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
• Proficient in using phone systems, including transferring calls and taking messages, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with data entry and using computerized systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Work Environment:
This is a part-time position, with a schedule of Monday 7:30am - 5:30pm (with 1 hour non-paid lunch) and Tuesday - Friday 7:30am - 1:00pm. You will be working in a fast-paced office environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
