Nurse Professional for Clinical Care

About the Job
This role involves providing high-quality, direct clinical patient care. The selected candidate will assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
The successful applicant will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring safe and appropriate nursing care, and providing professional leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care, prioritizing individual needs and promoting positive outcomes
- Assess patient conditions, develop effective care plans, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
- Serve as a mentor and leader, guiding and supporting colleagues to achieve excellence in patient care
- Maintain accurate records, adhere to regulatory requirements, and participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements and Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing
- Licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- CPR certification
