About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Tenet Massachusetts.

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan individualized care for patients in the ICU setting
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Provide education to patients and families on disease management, health promotion, and self-care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Masters degree in Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current licensure as an RN in Massachusetts
  • Board certification in ICU nursing
