Veterinary Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team at Northwest Animal Hospital. As a key member of our practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets.

• Provide a warm and welcoming experience for clients and their pets
• Manage practice reception, including answering phones and responding to client inquiries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and patient records
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing workflow
• Prepare and send client correspondence, including reminders and notifications
• Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and word processing

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous veterinary experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
