We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team at Northwest Animal Hospital. As a key member of our practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and patients, while also performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our clinic.

• Manage practice reception, including answering phone calls, responding to visitor inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, word processing, and mail services, to support the efficient operation of the clinic.
• Collaborate with our veterinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
• Apply practical knowledge of practice processes and services to ensure every patient receives the highest level of care.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; previous veterinary experience preferred.
• Ability to work on weekends and flexible schedule.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
