About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hospitalist and Internal Medicine Physician to join our team at The Everett Clinic. As a key member of our collaborative care model, you will play a vital role in providing seamless and coordinated care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Function in a mixed role as part-time hospitalist and part-time primary care provider
  • Provide care to medically complex patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and patient-centered care
  • Develop and implement care plans that address the unique needs of each patient
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions of care
Requirements
  • Unrestricted WA State Medical License or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • Current WA DEA certificate or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • EMR proficient
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Self-starter with ability to practice with a high degree of independence
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Managed Care experience
  • 1+ years' experience post-training
  • Experience with complex geriatric patients
