Responsibilities

As an LPN with IntelyCare, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality patient care in post-acute facilities
  • Tracking resident wellbeing and monitoring vital signs
  • Administering medications and monitoring their effects
  • Reviewing resident charts and medical records
  • Assisting with the cultivation of a safe and comfortable facility
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful as an LPN with IntelyCare, you'll need:

  • A current Ohio state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of an approved LPN educational program
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a related role
