Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a supportive school environment. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with students, making a meaningful impact on their communication skills and overall academic success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
  • Monitor and document student performance and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations for student support.
  • Stay updated with the latest practices and research in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
  • Valid Oregon SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
