Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school-based setting. As a Speech-Language Pathologist with SHC, you will work with students to assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
- Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students' communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to provide support and accommodations for students
- Provide direct and indirect services to students, including speech and language therapy sessions
- Communicate with parents and guardians to share progress and recommendations
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- Missouri Speech-Language Pathology License
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- ASHA Certification
- Experience working in a school-based setting preferred
