POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate for our salon. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering exceptional customer service, promoting memberships that offer significant savings to our clients, and nurturing a positive workplace atmosphere. Your primary responsibilities will include driving membership and retail sales, as well as managing client bookings. If you possess a strong passion for sales and outstanding customer service, we invite you to consider this opportunity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Enhance membership and retail sales
  • Welcome guests and ensure a superior customer experience
  • Schedule appointments both in-person and via phone
  • Assist with operational tasks, including inventory management
  • Uphold a clean and inviting salon environment
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or retail sales
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Availability to work some weekends and evenings
  • Familiarity with MindBody Software is advantageous
