We offer a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we provide comprehensive benefits, including paid time off, volunteer days, and military leave.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information across various mediums. A strong customer service focus, combined with a commitment to quality and efficiency, is essential for success in this role.

The Transition Specialist is responsible for maintaining comprehensive records of customer engagement, developing strong relationships with USO center and military installation staff, and engaging with program participants using softphone and video teleconferencing software.

To be considered for this position, applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with 2-4 years of work experience in a customer service or administrative support role. Relevant experience in a not-for-profit, military, multicultural, and/or global organization is preferred.
