Job Title: Account Director

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead our client relationships and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client relationships and develop strategic plans to meet client objectives
  • Manage and execute client projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform strategic decisions
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of agency experience, with a strong background in account management and client services
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering high-quality results
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Experience working with large, complex client organizations and managing multiple projects simultaneously
