Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain comprehensive records of project activities, timelines, and financials
  • Prepare and disseminate essential tracking documents to the project team and stakeholders
  • Participate in meetings with contractors, clients, and A/E representatives for effective project coordination
  • Ensure jobsite safety and implement corrective measures as needed
  • Facilitate clear communication with management and project team members
  • Identify and resolve issues related to the construction process
  • Work collaboratively with clients and superintendents to formulate action plans for project execution
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • Over 5 years of experience in commercial construction
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Project Manager role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project
