Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Test Engineer to join our team at Northrop Grumman. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead product testing, working closely with internal teams to plan, coordinate, and execute tests
  • Integrate products with test tooling, software, equipment, and instrumentation
  • Collect and review test data, produce reports, and support test requirements verification
  • Develop and maintain test documentation
  • Participate in internal and external reviews, presenting test results and recommendations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and 5+ years of experience in testing, systems engineering, design engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with experience in test automation and lean manufacturing methodologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost
  • US Citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in test engineering
  • Proficiency in test automation software and measuring electronic components
  • Experience in the aerospace or defense industries
What We Offer

Northrop Grumman offers a competitive salary range of $97,500 - $146,300, as well as a discretionary bonus and a variety of benefits, including health insurance, life and disability insurance, and paid time off.
