As a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and services to patients and families in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care and make informed decisions to improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and services, including administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to nursing assistive personnel and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Hawaii.
- One year of experience in a related field or completion of a formal course in the specialty area.
- Experience working with electronic medical records.
- One year of experience in the specialty area or completion of a formal course.
- Coursework in basic EKG.
