A well-established organization with a commitment to diversity is in search of a Bilingual Caseworker to enhance their team. Your meticulous attention to detail will play a crucial role in delivering effective case management services.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outreach initiatives to enroll clients.
- Input client data into the database and ClientTrack System.
- Offer information, referrals, and direct assistance to clients.
- Guide clients in applying for various public benefits, including Food Stamps, Medicaid, and more.
- Support clients with medical appointments and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with staff to eliminate barriers for clients and promote self-sufficiency.
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree.
- Preferred two years of experience in case management or working with refugee/immigrant populations.
- Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends is required.
- Ability to drive a 12-passenger van is necessary.
- Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance are required.
- Weekly pay periods with direct deposit options.
- Collaborative and supportive work environment.
