Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans for clinic growth and development.
  • Quality of Care: Ensure that our patients receive the highest quality of care, tailored to their individual needs and goals.
  • Marketing: Work closely with our marketing team to promote our clinic and services, and to build strong relationships with key physicians and medical directors.
  • Financial and Operational Management: Oversee the financial and operational aspects of the clinic, including budgeting, scheduling, and productivity management.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and manage a team of physical therapists and support staff to ensure that our clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist, with a proven track record of exceptional patient care and business growth.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
