Clinic Director Opportunity at Team Rehabilitation

As a Clinic Director at Team Rehabilitation, you will play a key role in developing and growing an outpatient physical therapy clinic. Your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes, strategic planning, and financial and operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a business plan to drive success in the clinic
• Provide input on medical director, clinic location, and clinic layout
• Select and order clinic equipment, considering patient population and specialties
• Take control of quality of care in the clinic
• Hire and manage the right staff
• Support marketing reps and fellow clinics' marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy
• Desire to own/run a clinic
• Dedicated to education and training with a desire to continue to grow as a Physical Therapist
