Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Host/Hostess to join our team at Red Lobster. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and seat them in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage the waiting list and communicate with guests who are waiting
  • Monitor the dining area and ensure that tables are clean and ready for guests
  • Answer questions and provide information to guests about menu items and promotions
  • Work closely with the server team to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
