Key Responsibilities:
This role entails leading, guiding, and overseeing a team dedicated to delivering innovative technology solutions. Key duties include:
  • Providing strategic oversight for the design, execution, and maintenance of intricate software systems.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Over 5 years of experience in MuleSoft development.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Java development.
  • Proficient in SOA, REST, and web services.
  • Solid understanding of SOA and integration methodologies.
  • Experience with Mule ESB, Anypoint Studio, and API Management.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub.
  • Experience working within scrum teams and agile frameworks.
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices, including OAuth and SAML.

As a Technology Solutions Lead, you will:
  • Design, develop, and ensure accountability for feature delivery.
  • Implement enterprise standards for solution design, coding, and quality assurance.
  • Guarantee that solutions meet product acceptance criteria while minimizing technical debt.
  • Guide the team in work breakdown and execution strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a healthy product backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Serve as a team lead and mentor, fostering the development of team members.
  • Support team members in skills and practices such as planning, estimation, and peer reviews.
