Experienced Carpenter

Pangro Development is seeking a skilled and experienced Finishing Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custom woodworking, high-end finishing carpentry, and a passion for fine craftsmanship.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing detailed and intricate carpentry work, including installing trim, molding, cabinetry, and other high-end finishes with meticulous attention to detail. They will also ensure all finishes are flawlessly executed, with a focus on quality, durability, and aesthetic appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute precision craftsmanship, including installing trim, molding, cabinetry, and other high-end finishes.
• Ensure all finishes are flawlessly executed, with a focus on quality, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
• Adapt to unique and custom requests, bringing creative solutions to achieve clients' visions.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Self-manage and work independently, with a strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of construction experience, with a focus on high-end finishing carpentry and residential projects.
• Expertise in fine woodworking, trim installation, cabinetry, and custom finishes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver precision work.
• Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work on a variety of high-end projects with unique requirements.
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Pangro Development offers a competitive salary, paid vacation, paid holidays, mileage, expenses, tool repair, and flex-time. We also offer daily on-site training and the opportunity to cross-train in multiple areas, including furniture, cabinetry, masonry, antique reproduction, metalwork, and more.

Signing bonus of $1000 after 90 days, provided the candidate performs to satisfactory work standards and reports to the job site daily and on time.
