As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for building relationships with a small group of students, leading large group activities, and implementing program curriculum. You will also ensure the safety of students with active supervision while at the program and on field trips.

We are looking for staff who care about making an impact in the lives of children and youth. If you are positive, energetic, and dedicated to giving students an amazing experience every day, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities:**

* Build relationships with a small group of students
* Lead large group activities
* Implement program curriculum
* Ensure the safety of students

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or general education diploma
* 2,500 hours of experience with children in summer camp, recreational program, after-school/OST program, school or other setting

**Physical Expectations:**

* Walk and stand for the duration of the shift
* Walk at a pace to stay with a group of children during field trips
* Transition between sitting, standing and kneeling, as needed
* Lift and carry 25 lbs
