**Job Summary**

As a Power Generation Technician with the Army National Guard, you'll play a critical role in powering military operations day and night. You'll perform preventive maintenance checks on generation equipment, replace voltage regulators, governors, or circuit cards, and adjust frequencies and voltages using technical publications to enhance equipment efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform maintenance on tactical utility, precise power-generation sets, internal combustion engines, and associated equipment
  • Support military operations by troubleshooting and repairing power generation equipment
  • Collaborate with a team to ensure the reliable operation of power generation systems

**Benefits and Requirements**

  • Competitive Salary: $200-$250 per drill weekend, subject to change
  • Job Training: 10 weeks of Basic Training and 12 weeks of Advanced Individual Training

**Requirements**

  • Must be between the ages of 17 and 35
