Job Overview

Position: Industrial Maintenance Specialist

We are in search of a skilled Industrial Maintenance Specialist who possesses a comprehensive understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical systems, PLCs, and conveyor mechanisms. In this role, you will be tasked with the critical responsibility of diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment within a dynamic production setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and rectify mechanical systems to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Conduct maintenance on electrical systems
  • Execute manual repairs as required
  • Identify issues, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance
  • Expertise in PLC systems
  • Familiarity with conveyor systems

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Eligibility for overtime pay for hours exceeding 8 in a single day, irrespective of weekly total
  • Double time pay for work performed on non-scheduled days and Sundays
  • Potential for quarterly and annual bonuses based on company performance metrics
