- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, operating systems, security, and data protection.
- Collaborate with teams for reconfiguration of network devices and systems, including IP subnetting and VLANs.
- Use command-line tools like Putty for network configuration and troubleshooting.
- Create and maintain custom reports.
