Job Description

At Tidewater Tech, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Admissions Representative to join our team. As an Admissions Representative, you will play a critical role in attracting and enrolling students who meet our admissions criteria and can benefit from our academic programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all inquiries, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to enrollment.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified students, including outreach to high schools, community organizations, and other relevant groups.
  • Collaborate with the Campus Director of Admissions to review and implement the media calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of inquiries.
  • Update CampusVue with all associated activities, including contact management and admissions tracking.
  • Meet with the Campus Director of Admissions to review recruitment activity and discuss strategies for improvement.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent on-the-job experience required.
  • Associates Degree with at least one year of admissions or related experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Effective multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Sales/Customer Service experience required.
  • Good computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
