Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Lincoln Computer Services. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, processing invoices, and communicating with vendors and clients.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our experienced accounting staff to ensure the smooth operation of our financial systems. You will be responsible for recording financial data in a timely and accurate manner, receiving and processing AP invoices, managing relationships with vendors and clients, and maintaining accurate records of transactions and reports.
As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will also assist with accounts receivable, billing, and collections, as well as provide support to our finance and accounting staff. Additionally, you will create and update spreadsheets, perform other accounting duties as needed, and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent organization skills, strong computer skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Previous accounting experience is a plus, but not necessary. Knowledge of QuickBooks is helpful.
