As the Assistant General Counsel, you will report directly to the General Counsel and play a crucial role in managing various legal matters including:

In this position, you will:
- Advise business leaders on the legal implications of key initiatives.

- Handle dispute resolution and litigation matters.
- Provide strategic legal guidance and risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
