Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Apogem Capital's investment capabilities and strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality marketing materials, including presentations, data, and written responses.
  • Oversee the update of quarterly marketing materials and investor presentations.
  • Prepare custom presentations for client update meetings, annual general meetings, and advisory committee meetings.
  • Ensure the firm's data room for prospective investors is populated and remains up to date.
  • Complete and review RFPs and RFIs for clients and prospects, synthesizing knowledge of the firm, its strategies, and competitive positioning with information about private markets trends.
  • Work within our CRM system to maintain and improve client data and information.

Requirements:

  • Four-year college degree in a related field.
  • Four to six years' experience preferably in a similar role within the private credit industry.
  • Robust analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and proactively manage time and workload efficiently.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
