As a key member of our healthcare team, the LPN will provide direct care to residents, supervise nursing personnel, and coordinate care delivery to ensure the highest level of quality care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing emotional support.
- Supervise nursing personnel to ensure that care is delivered in accordance with professional standards and facility policies.
- Coordinate care delivery to ensure that resident needs are met, including coordinating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services provided.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- 2-3 years of clinical experience, with a focus on gerontological nursing and dementia care.
- Valid and current LPN/LVN state license.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods, as well as push, pull, and lift objects up to 20 pounds.
