About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct Pharmacy Technician Support Staff to ensure seamless pharmacy operations
  • Develop and implement patient care programs to promote healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve performance in the pharmacy
  • Adapt to changing community healthcare needs and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Seek opportunities to grow and develop your skills, and contribute to a culture that promotes caring, energy, enthusiasm, and pride
Requirements
  • Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
  • Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
  • Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
  • No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
