Customer Engagement:
Acts as the main point of contact for all walk-in clients, ensuring each interaction is handled with courtesy and respect.
Develops and maintains relationships with new and existing clientele.

Demonstrates active listening skills, giving full attention to customers, understanding their needs, and asking relevant questions.

Responds to parts inquiries in a manner that enhances the customer experience while providing optimal solutions.


Sales Performance:
Delivers pricing, product details, lead times, and updates to customers as required.
Conducts retail transactions and finalizes open invoices.
Identifies and develops new customer opportunities while increasing the overall customer base.
Regularly manages existing orders to mitigate any issues that could negatively impact customer satisfaction.
Follows up on quotes and leads, reaching out to customers through their preferred communication channels.
Encourages innovative approaches to sales processes.
Achieves sales team objectives.
Handles incoming sales calls.
Provides formal and informal quotes as necessary.
Administrative Duties:
Accurately enters orders into the system, ensuring timely processing.
Supports the sales team in fulfilling customer pickup orders.
Processes payments, including checks, cash, or credit cards, and applies them correctly to close invoices.
Maintains the cash drawer and follows regional protocols for daily reconciliation.
Follows up on warranty and core returns to prevent open COD issues.
Utilizes technology effectively in the sales process.
Reports all communications to the Regional Sales Manager on a daily basis.
Professional Conduct:
Presents oneself in a professional manner.
Maintains integrity in cash handling.
Communicates effectively with all departments involved in production and order fulfillment while keeping a customer-centric approach.
Additional Responsibilities:
Ensures a clean and organized work environment at the sales counter.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred.
Experience in handling cash and credit transactions.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, with a commitment to professionalism in all interactions.

Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions and correspondence.
Ability to perform well under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with a willingness to learn new systems.
Operates office equipment, including fax machines and phone systems.
Demonstrates honesty and integrity in all dealings.
Ability to collaborate across functions and share expertise.
Exhibits strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
