Substance Abuse Treatment Program Manager

MedMark Treatment Centers is seeking a skilled Treatment Center Director/Program Manager to lead our Opiate Treatment Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical operations, leadership, and staff management. The Treatment Center Director/Program Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the clinic, including daily operations, staff supervision, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Opiate Treatment Program (OTP) clinic
- Develop and implement operational plans to achieve budgeted/planned results
- Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff
- Evaluate and manage subordinate personnel
- Communicate with regulatory bodies (SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA, etc.) and manage compliance
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement operational efficiencies
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and react accordingly
Requirements:
- Multiple years of experience as an administrator of a clinical program
- Bachelor's degree (in business administration or related) from an accredited college or university
- Understanding of clinic operations, with significant experience working in the field of substance abuse
- Knowledge of HIPAA, Federal, State & CARF standards & regulations
